Made in Soho project follows the principles of strategic design project No one Soho
We leverage local customers and start getting them on board by providing them with relevant information about their favourite shops nearby. The second step is a deal and offer strategy to incentivise the purchase in the area. And the last step would be the commitment with a membership card that gives them unlimited specific deals over a chosen amount of time.
