West China Tea is a Chinese Kong Fu teahouse located in Austin,Texas, USA.This is a commercial project to update the online and offline experience of teahouse during the COVID-19 period.
I organize teahouse employees to conduct Co-Creation workshops, apply service blueprints, pain point analysis and other tools to systematically analyze the teahouse.
Multi touch-points design:
Through resource innovative integration, the teahouse spatial layout, guide system, packaging, and website were redesigned, and a virtual teahouse platform was established through Topia.
Commercialization of design value:
Through the upgrading of online and offline service experience, the teahouse’s resilience to respond to the impact of the epidemic has been enhanced. Based on the spread of traditional Chinese tea culture we created an inclusive community in US.
