What a Service Designer can do?

During my two years studying Service Design at the Royal College of Art, I have been involved in the whole process of 6 projects from many areas such as social innovation, strategy design, speculative design, policymaking, and workplace wellbeing. Collaborate with various partners like VISA, Westminster City Council, Fuzzy Design Studio, BCG, The Royal Society of Medicine, and LFB. I'm proficient in skills such as project management, user research, finding opportunity areas and insights from research, idea generation, prototype testing, iteration, and storytelling. Also includes a range of Service Design/UX tools such as user journey, stakeholder map, system map, service design blueprint, value map, etc. I was considered by my teammates as a service designer who is really good at researching, finding insights, and turning insights into design opportunities.
